Welcome to Related to Style! I am so excited to be writing this post. I NEVER thought that I would be doing this.
A Little About Me
I’ve worked in law and the corporate world for quite a while now but I always knew that I wanted to be doing something creative.
Because of this, I’ve dabbled in a lot of different things, interior design, photography (a favorite pastime), graphic design, just to name a few, but I always came back to styling, in particular menswear.

Why I Created This Blog
Related to Style was born out of my love for menswear and my desire to help men to dress their best selves.
The name comes from the word Sartorial which means “relating to tailoring, clothes, or style of dress”. Of course, who can hear the word sartorial without thinking of the famous Saville Row in London – the birthplace of bespoke tailoring? Guys this is where it all begins (keep your eyes out for more of that in a future post!)
What Can You Expect
For most, having great style can seem elusive at best, but it doesn’t have to be!
With this blog, I want to do all the research for you (because you lead a busy life!) Here at RTS, I am committed to becoming your go-to girl for everything style related because style is not just for the super-rich or for those with rock hard pecs (insert Ross from friends, you know the one where he tries to help Chandler to quit the gym?
“Hey don’t you want a washboard stomach and rock hard pecs? No! I want a flabby gut and saggy man breasts …”) Ok, well nobody wants that (and the ones with rock hard pecs can be some of the hardest to dress). Where was I? Oh yes, style. Style is for everyone willing to put in the work.
My goal will ALWAYS be to give you good content but you have to implement what you learn here. Work at it because that’s the only way to succeed.
On the flip side, remember that style is fun! It shouldn’t be a chore (if it is, I’ll teach you tips and tricks that will make this process more enjoyable). Even if you’re one of those guys that say “I will never enjoy shopping for clothes” knowing what works for you and your body type and what looks good on you will streamline the process.
